「爪は健康のバロメーター」

知っているだろうか？
確かに健康状態をある程度推測することもできたりする。
だから、まず普通の健康な爪の状態を知っておく必要もあるだろう。
普通は毛細血管の色が透けて見えるから
全体的に薄いピンク色。
一日0.08～0.12mmほど伸びたりする（何気に豆知識 笑）
根本が感想すると形成に必要な水分だったり油分がたりなくて
健康な爪が生えてこない。
用語でいえば
<a href=”http://puranajapan.com/”>ネイル</a>プレート、ネイルベッド、フリーエッジなんていう。
爪甲が白く濁っているときは
肝硬変、賢不全、糖尿病等の内臓疾患の可能性がある。
表面が黄白色だったら
新陳代謝の低下、リンパ系のトラブルとかのおそれ。
表面が青紫だったら
肺疾患とかチアノーゼ状態が考えられてしまう。
こういうのをみただけでも
しっかりと警告の信号を出してくれていることがわかる。
