「英会話は筋トレみたいなもの」

「英会話は筋トレみたいなもの」
始めてから習慣づけられるまでは
筋肉の様に変化はないからそれまでは少し我慢が必要。
でも一度変化を始めると、ペースを崩さない限り
どんどん良くなっていく。
大切なのは無理せず、力が落ちないペースを見つけ出すこと。
トレーニングを週3にしてみたり週2にしてみたり
自分の感覚を調整することが大事。
あとはある程度のレベルになるまで
聴いたり喋ったりする「英語のシャワー」なるものが
必要なのも事実だそうで。
そういうのを総合して考えて
うってつけなところを知っている。
最近流行り始めてる「英会話カフェ」っていう
スクールとかよりもぜんぜん安く参加ができるし
自分のペースで雑談ができるから
本当に現場ノリなカンジ。
ちょっと確信を持てたような気がする。
